CALVIA VILLA
For this lovely villa located in the picturesque area of Calvia, we diligently worked within a specified budget and stringent timeframe to effectively help expand the needs of a large family. This involved a comprehensive renovation of the master bedroom suite, the installation of a modern new kitchen, the creation of an updated cloakroom, and a complete redecoration of the entire house to enhance its overall aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Casita conversion:
We thoughtfully incorporated the existing semi-detached casita into a beautifully designed modern master bedroom, which is complete with an elegant en-suite bathroom that features a stunning jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace. Additionally, we created a custom-made walk-in wardrobe, providing ample storage space, and a bright office adorned with captivating art, adding character and inspiration to the space.
Kitchen:
We recently completed the installation of a beautifully designed new kitchen that features high-end cabinets, premium appliances, and a stunning worktop sourced from our reliable local Stone Master, ensuring both quality and aesthetic appeal in every detail.
2025:
Further jobs are scheduled to be completed in 2025, and we are looking forward to the exciting developments that will come throughout the year. We are very eager to share more updates and insights from this project as they unfold.
